GOALS<\/h3>\n

– To foster the transformative processes<\/strong> of organizations in order to increase the impact, effectiveness and efficiency of their action;
\n– To promote the creation of synergies and networking<\/strong> among organizations;

STRATEGY 2023-2026<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]FAI<\/span> pursues its goals through a strategy that is constantly updated in relation to changing international conditions. For the current period, FAI<\/span>‘s strategy is based on the following guidelines:<\/p>\n

– The pursuit of a general increase in effectiveness and efficiency<\/strong>, both of the Foundation and the supported organizations;
\n– The promotion of equal and stable relationships<\/strong> with supported organizations in order to foster shared and lasting changes;
\n– An increased focus on the impact and evaluation<\/strong> of results and their sustainability;
\n– The strengthening of accompanying services<\/strong> offered also in synergy with Gruppo Ospedaliero Moncucco SA;
\n– The recognition of the role of NGOs active in Italian-speaking Switzerland<\/strong>, both for the projects implemented in fragile countries and for the growth of awareness and sensitization to Development Cooperation issues in the Ticino territory.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/12″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”extra-padding”][vc_column width=”1\/12″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”10\/12″][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

IMPLEMENTATION METHODS<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”no-padding”][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”giustifica”]FAI<\/span> aims to achieve its goals through financial support, accompaniment and networking of organizations.<\/p>\n

Financial support<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Programs:<\/strong> funding for programs promoted by organizations with an established structure and recognized experience. Funds are granted for the strengthening of NGO activities on a programmatic basis, allowing for greater operational flexibility and inducing a qualitative improvement in the organization’s activities.<\/p>\n

In principle, program funding is granted only to organizations already in a partnership or in a collaboration with FAI. <\/span>Elegibility as a program partner is proposed by FAI<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Projects:<\/strong> alongside program partnerships, FAI <\/span>maintains project-scale collaborations to support more specific activities promoted by recognized NGOs. Project support is also intended as a flexible tool to complement programmatic activities or in response to urgent or unforeseen events.<\/p>\n

Accompaniment services<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

In addition to funding, FAI <\/span>also offers support measures specifically designed for young or small organizations, with the aim of fostering their development and promoting mutual collaboration.<\/p>\n

Netwoking<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n
